Who is Jeen Kempenaar

Frisian by birth, rooted in Amsterdam. A long time competitive runner, Jeen developed an athletic injury, while earning his education in Physical Therapy. This led Jeen to the field of Osteopathy and its holistisch vision of the human body. This approach immediately appealed to Jeen, because of its emphasis on the inter-related aspect of the human body, connecting moving parts to the visceral and cranio-sacral elements of the body.

Since 2001 Jeen worked as a Physical Therapist at Sport Medical Center in Amsterdam. Jeen began his education in Osteopathy in 2002 at College Sutherland in Amsterdam, where he graduated in 2009. Jeen began his career as an Independant Osteopath with his own practice at Sport Medical Center in Amsterdam, where his clients ranged from recreational athletes to active Olympians.

Between 2015 and 2023 Jeen lived in the United States, where he worked at MIT fitness department and as an Osteopath in Boston. In September 2023 Jeen returned to Amsterdam.
